Webrio is a web design business based in Cape Town, South Africa. For this website, Webrio is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Only what you type into our contact form or quote builder: your name, email address, business name, phone number (optional), the package you are interested in, and your message or project details.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, start the project. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Form submissions are received by Forminit, a form service. Forminit stores submissions in the European Union on Amazon Web Services servers, encrypted in transit and at rest. A copy of each submission is also emailed to Webrio, so it sits in our business email as well.

Only Webrio can open submissions. Forminit processes them on our behalf under its data processing terms.

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 12 months. Information about clients is kept for as long as we work together and for the period the law requires us to keep business records.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforeg.org.za.

Webrio is not the responsible party for personal information collected through our clients' own websites. Each client is responsible for their own POPIA obligations.
