2. Services

Webrio provides enterprise-grade web infrastructure and strategic digital asset deployment as described on our website. All services are subject to a formal engagement agreement.

3. Engagement and Payment

All engagements are governed by a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA). Payment terms, including deposits and milestone payments, will be detailed within the MSA.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Webrio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both South Africa and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Upon final payment as per the MSA, the client is granted a license to use the deployed digital asset. Webrio retains the right to use the project for promotional purposes, subject to any confidentiality clauses in the MSA.

5. Use of Cookies

Our website uses local storage to enhance your browsing experience, specifically to remember your cookie consent preference. This is a functional setting that does not track your activity. By using our Service, you consent to this practice.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Webrio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

7. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Webrio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service in question.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS IS" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and security, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
